Recommended Action

That Council give third reading to “Township of Langley Zoning Bylaw 1987 No. 2500 Amendment (Sandhill Homes Ltd.) Bylaw 2018
No. 5379”.

 

Explanation - Bylaw No. 5379

 

Bylaw 2018 No. 5379 rezones property located in the 4400 block of 222 Street to Residential Zone R-1E to permit the subdivision of
13 fee simple single family lots.

 

 

 

Clerk’s Note:  The applicant indicates that as a Community Plan amendment is no longer required, development prerequisite #9: “Provision of a $40,000 community amenity contribution for neighbourhood recreational amenities” is no longer being proposed.
