Be it resolved that all valid complete applications for development in the Brookswood-Fernridge Community Plan area submitted prior to and in between May 16, 2017 and July 24, 2017 be processed by staff on a first come, first served basis, subject to compliance with both the 1987 adopted Brookswood-Fernridge Community Plan and the 2017 draft Brookswood-Fernridge Community Plan.
