Recommended Action
That Council approve the transfer of funds from existing 2017 Facility Capital accounts to allow for “Phase One” construction of additional parking at Walnut Grove Community Centre ($150,000); and
That the cost to complete the parking lot addition ($150,000)
“Phase Two” be included in the 2018 Budget as a pre-approved item, to be funded from Recreations’ operating contribution to capital.
