Recommended Action
That Council approve borrowing from the Municipal Finance Authority of British Columbia (MFA), as part of the 2017 Fall Borrowing Session, $11.716 million, as authorized through Overpass Widening: 208 Street Loan Authorization Bylaw 2016 No. 5232 and that the Metro Vancouver Regional District be requested to consent to our borrowing over a Twenty (20) year term and include the borrowing in their Security Issuing Bylaw; and
That Council approve borrowing from the Municipal Finance Authority of British Columbia (MFA), as part of the 2017 Fall Borrowing Session, $13.744 million, as authorized through 216 Street Interchange at Highway 1 Loan Authorization Bylaw 2016 No. 5233 and that the Metro Vancouver Regional District be requested to consent to our borrowing over a Twenty (20) year term and include the borrowing in their Security Issuing Bylaw.
