Recommended Action
That Council approve payment of $66,975 under the 2017 Capital Improvements Grants category and that those funds be distributed to those organizations identified in Table A;

That Council approve payment of $66,370 under the 2017 Community Grants - General category and that those funds be distributed to those organizations and projects identified in Table B;

That Council approve payment of $16,500 under the 2017 Community Grants - General category to fund seven applications identified in Table B1 on condition that those organizations undertake steps to meet criteria by April 14, 2017;

That Council approve payment of $20,000 under the 2017 Major Festivals Grants category and that those funds be distributed to those organizations as identified in Table C;

That Council approve payment of 2017 Community Grants - Banners for a total of $13,500 according to Table D;

That Council approve payment of $35,000 towards the Township's "Nothing Without Effort" Community Matching Grant program and delegate to staff the evaluation and approval of up to seven (7) 2017 proposals (one per community) as per Table E;

That Council approve payment of $17,000 from 2017's funding allocations for graduating high school students to be distributed under the 2018 Community Grants - Scholarships - Public Schools category as identified in Table F;

That Council approve payment of $4,000 from 2017's funding allocations for graduating independent high school students to be distributed under the 2018 Community Grants - Scholarships - Independent Schools category as identified in Table F1;

That Council approve payment of $2,000 representing $250 to each of eight (8) Langley secondary school applications from 2017's funding allocations in support of the 2018 Dry Grads category as identified in Table F2;
