Recommended Action
That Council advise the Agricultural Land Commission that the subdivision application submitted by Greenline Management Ltd.,
on behalf of Wilfred and Floria Schulz for a property located at
22726 Old Yale Road within the Agricultural Land Reserve, complies with the land use and minimum parcel size provisions of the Rural RU-1 Zone of the Township’s Zoning Bylaw, and request consideration based on agricultural merits.
