Recommended Action
That Council authorize staff to enter into a services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Attachment “A” (the “Services Agreement”) with the Katzie First Nation (“Katzie First Nation”) for the provision of water, sewer and fire prevention services by the Township to the Katzie Indian Reserve #2, located at the west-end of Allard Crescent, with the following legal description:
New Westminster Distict Plan, Indian Reserve #2, 58.75 acres between District Lots 50 and 125 Katzie Indian Reserve #2 (the “KFN Lands”).
That Council authorize staff to enter into any ancillary documents and take such action, including minor or consequential amendments to the Services Agreement, as may be required to agree and give good effect to the rights and obligations under the Services Agreement.
