Recommended Action
Whereas 207A Street between 82 and 84 Avenue is widely used by the public, including access for Yorkson Creek Middle School added well after its initial construction;
Therefore be it resolved that staff be directed to initiate and
complete the necessary legal process to assume public ownership of 207A Street between 82 to 84 Avenue by the Township of Langley.
