That Council give third reading to “Township of Langley Zoning Bylaw 1987 No. 2500 Amendment (McDonald) Bylaw 2021 No. 5715”.

 

Explanation - Bylaw No. 5715

 

Bylaw 2021 No. 5715 rezones the property located at
23639 - 36A Avenue from Rural Zone RU-3 to Rural Zone
RU-3A to accommodate subdivision of the lot into two (2) fee simple single family lots.
