Recommended Action
Be it resolved that as outlined in the Ministry of Agriculture Policy Intentions Paper: Residential Flexibility in the ALR, Council confirms and communicates its support to the Ministry of Agriculture for the proposed policy reform to allow “small secondary residences within the Agricultural Land Reserve for farm workers, family members, or anyone else, provided there is local government approval.”
