Recommended Action
That Council confirm Councillor Gayle Martin, City of Langley, as the nominee for the E-Comm Board of Directors term 2019-2020 for the designated group of the Township of Langley and the Cities of Langley, Surrey and White Rock;
That Council confirm the representative to be appointed by the City of Langley for the term 2020-2021 as the nominee for the E-Comm Board of Directors for the designated group of the Township of Langley and the Cities of Langley, Surrey, and White Rock;
That Council confirm the representative(s) to be appointed by the City of Surrey for the term 2019 2020 and the term 2020-2021 as the nominee(s) for the E-Comm Board of Directors for the designated group of the Township of Langley and the Cities of Langley, Surrey, and White Rock;
That Council designate Councillor Long as the Township of Langley representative at the E-Comm Annual General Meetings in June 2020 and June 2021.
