Recommended Action
That Council refer the non-farm use application submitted by
Robert and Tammy Simpson to accommodate a bed and breakfast facility on a 1.91 ha (4.72 ac) parcel located at 5062 - 248 Street in the Agricultural Land Reserve to the Agricultural Land Commission for consideration based on agricultural merits.
