Recommended Action
That Council advise the Agricultural Land Commission that the subdivision application submitted by Kurt Alberts, on behalf
of the owners of the River Road Farm for a property located at
8855 - 272 Street, within the Agricultural Land Reserve, complies with the requirements of Section 110.8 - Homesite Severance Subdivisions of the Zoning Bylaw, subject to compliance with the ALC’s Homesite Severance Policy and request consideration based on agricultural merits.
